It's Friday!!!!!!!!!!!

It's Friday! It's Friday!!!!

*doing the happy it's Friday dance*

I'm so glad it's Friday!!!!   Work today is CRAZY! End of the month stuff, plus the normal day stuff, plus we leave early on Friday.  I'll be glad to go HOME, change into jammies, and enjoy my weekend.

I've been SOOOOOOOOOO unbelievably hyper this week! I don't know if it's a Prozac side-effect, if its from me exercising every day (metabolism boost?) or what, but I'm so hyper I can't hardly handle it! Seriously.  My leg is constantly bouncing up and down and I can't hardly even concentrate.  This is VERY bad at work!!! I'll talk to the doctor about it... i've been this way ALL week and I haven't had any caffine in almost two weeks (except the tea incident) and almost no chocolate! I ate ONE single peanut M&M last night.  ONE!!!  Not a bag, a SINGLE solitary M&M.  This is NOT a chocolate-induced high!! lol

Last night went really good (Thursday night kids night).  It started off pretty rough... the kids were SOOOO hyper!!!! Three of the boys were acting crazy... two ended up being taken home early because they were uncontrolable.  We tried to play a game, but they were so hyper I couldn't get them to listen... we tried to do the game outside, but they were so hyper on the way out that I canceled the game.  They were really bad.  But they I put on a movie, and after cleaning up three spilled plates of snacks, and one spilled drink, we all settled down and had fun watching the movie.  We played a different game afterwords, which they had fun with... especially when they got prizes.  Then they all went home, except a couple of girls who stayed with me to help me clean.   I was so tired afterwords, I went to bed at 9 last night! Whew!

Funny from last night:
I noticed one of the little girls (she's about 6) had somehow wrestled one of the boys to the floor and was aparently spanking him.  After asking her what she was doing (Why are you touching him there?! lol) she indignantly informed me that she was giving him a "butt-whoopin"!!  Well. What do you even say back to that?? LOL

Bonding question for the weekend:

What is your favorite fall memory?

Hmm...my favorite fall memory. I have no clue. I guess playing soccer with my little boy, that was a lot fun.

It's got to be going to the Covered Bridge Festival in Park County Indiana every year as a kid. The persimmon pudding, pumpkin ice cream and homemade candy;nothing beats it. Then taking a color tour, driving over covered bridges, seeing the beautiful fall trees bursting in a zillion shades. The smell of the crisp air. Yep, that's fall to me.

One of the autumn things I look forward to as an adult is the pumpkin flavored bagel and cream cheese at Einstein's bagels.

As a child, I loved falltime because of the wind with a little chill in the air and the start of fog in the mornings. We didn't live in a lot of typical places during fall (California, Arizona, Utah), so the trees/cacti didn't lose their leaves in those climates!

I liked starting school each fall...new supplies, new classes, sometimes new schools...playing tag or football with the boys at recess.

The first tooth I lost was in a pickle at Thanksgiving, but does that count as a fall memory?

My favorite memories of fall are of my grandpa and I raking all the leaves under the swingset so I could jump in them.

Mom and I would take grass clippings and put them in this mini-bailer, and make these miniture hay bales to sell at a local festival.

Me, Mom & Dad would all go out to cut up firewood for the winter... mom and I would haul brush away while dad cut the brush with his chain saw. I was allergic to the sawdust as I got older, so I was almost always sick the next day lol but I still liked it.
