THERE IS HOPE!!!!!

Yes, you did read that right, there IS hope for me yet!!!!!

After the funeral, my Uncle Bob & his wife went out to the restaurant where i worked growing up, and I followed along.  Now, this restaurant is in one of the smallest towns in the universe... we're talking the actual town itself probably has only 25 houses total!  So, everyone knows each other.  I lived near there until I was 12, mom worked in that restaurant for YEARS and I cleaned tables for a year or two.

But I digress.

As we sat in the restaurant, the waitress turned out to be my Sunday School teacher from years and years ago.  I begged for updates on all the people I knew growing up...

And it turns out that the guy I had a crush on for as long as I can remember (which was like age 4 or so?) is STILL SINGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Although on the outside I kept my Vulcan face on, and displayed no emotion, on the inside I almost SWOONED!!!!!!!!

And to top it all off, he sings! Every Friday & Saturday there, they have live bands, and it seems he likes to sing "She Things My Tractor's Sexy"! Which oddly, seems to be a turn-on for me, despite the fact that I really hate tractors.  I should suggest he sing about a pick-up truck instead!!! *grin*  There is just SOMETHIN' about a man who drives a pickup truck... (yes, there is a song about that... just can't remember the name)

Anyway, now we know that the man of my dreams is still single, has a good job, and likes to sing... we just have to hope that his horrible little sister got better with age.  Or that I find a way to convince her to go for a little swim... with the fishes... and some cement shoes... *narrowing eyes and plotting this*

A ~swooning~ Jana with a Vulcan face. That's a neat trick.

The sister could be a real buddy now, don't cross off that possibility.

Susie, oh you just need my e-mail??? SWEET I can do that!!!!

Nerdine, the letter H will be done soon! :)
